Halloween and all it's glory

I love Halloween!  We have carved some pumpkins, had a little ritual, big party next weekend then of course, Halloween and My anniversary!

First ever Pagan Gathering

I went to my first ever Pagan gathering this weekend and I have to say it was a blast.  I have a few pics I will post later.

I feel like I have been hit by a truck....

Oh wait, I have!

Tuesday afternoon I stopped at crosswalk to let a pedestrian cross and low and behold the 5 tonne garbage truck behind me did not stop.

He rear-ended me, totaled my car and the garbage truck has minimal damage.

I have severe whiplash, and re injured my lower back :(

Soap

I made some soap, my first attempt at Cold Process Soap and I have to say, I am impressed with how it turned out.

Been a While....

It has been a while since my last update, life sometimes gets in the way. I know I have certainly been busy. I have decided to start a small business to hopefully supplement my income issues. I have been doing some hardcore genealogy research on both mine and Paul's families. I traced both his lines back to the Loyalists as well as one of mine to Loyalists and one to Yorkshire Settlers. I find it very intriguing.

We also went for a trip to Lockeport to discover more information about Paul's family.

Life!

I hate that my sex life is dictated by my 3 yr old, if he is sleeping poorly, not wanting to sleep alone, etc....my sex life suffers. I ended up having to run off to a secluded location at my house yesterday to get some...

Off to take my niece to the doctor, gonna be a hot one here, wish I had slept better, restless kids, warm weather...ugh! Not conducive for good sleeping!

Birthday

It was nice to wake up this morning and have over 20 birthday wishes waiting for me, it is so nice to feel loved! Apparently my dog loves me too, he woke me up at 12:30 am just to pet him and show him some affection.....not my idea of a good time!

Getting together with the gals tonight, Theresa and Kris to wreak havoc on our selves; were all getting tattoos and going to supper.

Early Birthday Celebrations

WE spent the day together today, my husband, son and I....it was a nice family outing. We visited some graves to pay father's day respect and spent some time at the shore.

Summer Solstice

Happy Summer Solstice!!!!!

The longest day of the year! Tomorrow is my birthday, going to get another Tattoo with the girls, I am getting my son's name, "MASON" on my left wrist in Black Chalcedony lettering.

Mason thinks it is great that I'm getting him "tattooed" on my arm.

Summer Solstice/ Litha

My small coven celebrated Litha last night as well as my birthday, with the wind blowing it was hard to keep the ritual candles burning, on an up note, the fruit salad, deviled eggs and lemon balm iced tea were awesome!
